4Ci has TIER 1 vendor status with its clients. For some clients we work as a project partner. We provide services to direct clients and do not work thru multiple layers.

4Ci supports worlds largest consulting firms (Fortune Companies), private sector companies, various state and federal government agencies. Due to no disclosure agreement, 4Ci cannot disclose the name of its clients.

What is the average duration of technology projects with 4Ci?

Average duration of a contract is between 12 to 18 months.

What business lines are supported by technology projects?

4Ci supports projects for business lines such as Child Welfare, Child Support & Enforcement, Health & Human Services, Courts Administration and other complex business functionality.

What development and project management technologies are primarily used in technology projects?

Most of the project engagements use emerging technologies such as .Net, J2EE, SAP, Oracle EBS, Fusion Applications, Middleware. Iterative, SCRUM, xTreme programming are the preferred development methodology. Primarily, PMI/PMBOK principles of project management are used for project management.

Do we hire consultants on our payroll?

Yes!. W2 is our first choice. 4Ci prefers to hire consultants on its payroll as their permanent employee.

What is 4Ci's standard payroll cycle?

Payroll cycle is as per government mandated guidelines. Employees get paid on bi-weekly basis.

What are the standard benefits offered to our employee?

Standard benefits offered to our employee are health insurance, paid time off, paid federal holidays, and relocation assistance. Details are provided in employee policy handbook.

Do we provide VISA sponsorship?

Yes. 4Ci provides VISA sponsorship for qualified candidates.
