IRS TIPSS-4 SB Overview

The federal government is committed to changing its business processes to achieve a world class standard of excellence. This is being accomplished by adopting best business practices and the latest technology to create a more efficient, citizen-centered federal government.

The TIPSS program has been providing IT Support Services for the IRS and Department of the Treasury and its bureaus since 1995. This RFP is one of two solicitations currently planned to meet these ongoing IT Support Service needs. This RFP will be a total Small Business Set-Aside with two Principal Task Areas: Management Business Operations Support Services (MBOSS) and Cyber Security (CS).

 

Recent Success

2009: 4Ci was selected as National Tier 1 Vendor by Deloitte's Federal practice to provide IT Staff Augmenation Services.

 

2009: 4Ci establishes Teaming Agreement with Deloitte Federal Practice to provide software development & help desk support services for US Departments of Health & Human Services.
