Holidays and Vacations: Employee’s start accruing vacations starting day one and will be eligible for holidays immediately.
 

Disability Insurance: We offer Short-term and Long-term disability insurance for all employees as an option if they would like to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances.

 

Life Insurance: All employees are offered Free Life Insurance without any premiums.

 

Retirement Planning: We offer free 401k plan enrollment with Charles Schwab and help our employees plan for their retirement and reduce their tax burdens thereby.

 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Common consensus is that 1 out of every 5 employees face a significant crisis or challenge every year, which in turn leads to lower productivity at work. Our employees get free enrollment with EAP to help them cope up with crisis so they can be more productive at work.

 

Employee Hotline: Every 100 employees will be assigned one dedicated hotline specialist to assist employees with their benefits questions and to provide support for administering COBRA and HIPPA once their term is over with us.

 

Employee Online Portal: Employees will be given access to our online portal were they can log-in with their unique id’s and access their payroll history and paystubs along with their accrued vacation information.
