Our HR Professionals are experts in error free payroll processing and we use the latest payroll software to ensure we provide the best of services in the industry.
Primary Goals Security: Sensitive information like Employee Social Security Number and Bank Information are of utmost importance and all of our staff employees handling payroll have gone through Background and Credit Checks to make sure our employees are in safe hands. Our latest software’s protect employee information from cyber threats and guard information round the clock. Employee Security is our topmost priority!
Speed: Are you still sending your employee paychecks through ‘Snail Mails’ – well time to say good bye! We offer Direct Deposit to all our employees irrespective of what bank they have a checking account, so they save a trip to the bank and save some gas and time.
Transparency and Efficiency: An employee pay stub, to us is much more than a breakdown of employee salary. Have your gotten more than a 100 calls from employees asking how much vacation they have and challenging the way you tracked it? Well the answer to them is time-out. Our paystub format, tracks an employee’s accrued vacations to-date, vacation hours used and remaining vacation hours. This way all parties involved are ensured transparency, leading to a lower grievance rate.
Compliance: Our in-house technology support people ensure our software are overwritten for any regulatory changes made by the Government. This ensures all employees in our payroll will be compliant throughout their term. And since 4 Consulting will be the employer on record, all payroll taxes are processed through our Tax Identification Number (TIN), further reducing our Clients legal liabilities.
Value Addition: Our creative team ensures we’re one notch above our competition and makes it a practice to roll-out new programs that are Client friendly. These programs are designed in such a way they add some kind of value to the Clients reputation. These initiative are designed with one of these in mind: to increase clients good will, to decrease employee grievances, to support Clients Green projects, to decrease employee turnover or programs that compliment the Clients marketing efforts.
Some of the current programs that we offer our clients are the “Save as you Earn” program, were employees have the ability to automatically direct their earnings to a checking account and a savings account without any effort. The other initiative is an employee portal were, employees have the ability to log-in to our portal with their unique user id’s and view their paystubs, print and save for record. The portal will maintain payroll history for every employee and the employee will be able to print stubs when necessary.
