Consolidated Invoicing & Billing One single invoice for services provided. All invoices are supported by signed timesheets and expense statements.

 

Master Services Agreement One Agreement between 4Ci and the Client that covers both W2 and 1099 Contractors.

 

Consolidated Monthly Reporting Consolidated Report detailing information related to consultant name, project name, work location, billable hours, bill rate, 4Ci fee, is provided. This report shall separately indicate new hires and roll offs for each month, thereby providing a good estimate of cash  flow for the following month.

 

Monthly Performance Reporting To ensure that 4Ci performance as per mutually agreed upon KPIs / SLAs, a monthly performance report is presented to the Client. Figures related to issues resolved, employee retention & attrition management are presented.

 

Risk Mitigation Liabilities related to Co-Employment Issues, Equal Benefit Offerings are managed by 4Ci.
