Datawarehouse DBMS / Enterprise RDBMS Role of traditional DB consultants is shifting to more of DW DBMS or E-RDBMS consultant. Consultants with experience in mixed workloads, deep understanding of continuous loading, and automated transactions from functional OLTP are more in demand than traditional DB consultants.

4Ci consultants have experience with traditional DBMS systems (software system that supports and manages logical databases) and Enterprise RDBMS (systems that support relational DB model, data availability, and manage work load requirements including control of parameters for end user access).
