Continuity of service and business requires an efficient planning and existence of framework in the areas of issue resolution, employee retention, and satisfaction surveys.
Staffing services provided by 4Ci are backed by its performance guarantee. 4Ci follows very stringent sourcing and hiring processes to ensure that services delivered exceed the quality standards and service level agreements established by its clients. Nevertheless if 4Ci fails to deliver its services or if its customer is not satisfied with performance of its consultant, for any reason whatsoever then following performance guarantee shall apply;
4Ci shall provide replacement candidate at the same rate as candidate being replaced.
4Ci shall not bill the client and, or refund client’s money if its consultant is removed or if the consultant quits the project during initial trail/guarantee period of ten (10) working days.
4Ci shall implement its Performance & Quality Measurement System (PQMS) to ensure that 4Ci team members supporting the client meet and exceed the quality and KPI standards established by the client.
4Ci shall implement its Compliance and Validation Management Process (CVMP) to ensure that services delivered by 4Ci are in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
4Ci shall implement its Risk Mitigation Process (RMP) to ensure that candidates short-listed for project engagements are technically superior and have real time hands on experience in their area of expertise, are legally authorized to work in USA, their background checks and professional work references are complete and clear, are hired by 4Ci as its W2 employee, and have professional ethics desired of contract labor.
4Ci shall ensure that support team identified to manage the client engagement and business relationship is well qualified and have deep experience in their field of expertise, have significant experience in managing large scale staffing engagements, understand various technologies, US human resource and immigration laws, US GAAP financial principles of accounting, adept in identification and resolution of business and personnel issues, and are available to support the customer 24x7x365 days a year.
4Ci shall ensure that is provides necessary and required equipment, infrastructure, software and hardware, manpower, and office space to execute and support delivery and administration of services to its client.
